His notable roles include 3 years as 2IC external legal counsel for Westpac Bank’s national property portfolio, and 2 years primary external legal counsel for Caltex’s Queensland property portfolio.

Borhan has regularly advised and represented Goodman, Investa, Charter Hall, Caltex, Westpac Bank and ANZ Bank. He previously made strides at Norton Rose Fullbright, Mills Oakley Lawyers and Sparke Helmore Lawyers, earning a loyal client base that has followed him through his career.
